ಒಬ್ಬ ಸೇವಕನು ಯೋಬನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಎತ್ತುಗಳು ಉಳುತ್ತಾ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳು ಅವುಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಮೇಯುತ್ತಾ ಇರಲಾಗಿ

- 13ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರರೂ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆ ಯರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಂದು ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
- 14ಒಬ್ಬ ಸೇವಕನು ಯೋಬನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು--ಎತ್ತುಗಳು ಉಳುತ್ತಾ ಕತ್ತೆಗಳು ಅವುಗಳ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಮೇಯುತ್ತಾ ಇರಲಾಗಿ
- 15ಶೆಬದವರು ಅವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರು; ಹೌದು, ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಸಹ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಂಹರಿಸಿದರು. ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು ಅಂದನು.
- 16ಅವನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರಲು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನೂ ಬಂದು--ದೇವರ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದು ಕುರಿ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೇವಕರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಉರಿದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಂಹರಿಸಿತು. ನಾನೊಬ್ಬನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಿನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೆನು ಅಂದನು.
