ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀರುಗಳು ಅಡಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಅಗಾಧದ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗವು ಹೆಪ್ಪುಗಟ್ಟುವದು.

28ಮಳೆಗೆ ತಂದೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೋ? ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮಂಜಿನ ಹನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸು ವವನಾರು?
29ಯಾವನ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ನೀರು ಗಡ್ಡೆ ಹೊರಡುತ್ತದೆ? ಆಕಾಶದ ಹಿಮವನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸಿ ದವನಾರು?
30ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀರುಗಳು ಅಡಗುತ್ತವೆ; ಅಗಾಧದ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗವು ಹೆಪ್ಪುಗಟ್ಟುವದು.
31ನೀನು ವೃಷಭ ರಾಶಿಯ ಸಿಹಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗ ಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಿಯೋ? ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಮೃಗಶಿರದ ಸಂಕೋ ಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಬಲ್ಲಿಯೋ?
32ನೀನು ರಾಶಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ತರುತ್ತೀಯೋ? ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಸಪ್ತತಾರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳ ಪುತ್ರರ ಸಹಿತ ವಾಗಿ ನೀನು ನಡಿಸುತ್ತೀಯೋ?
