ಆತನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದ ಕೈವಸ್ತ್ರವು ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರದೆ ಸುತ್ತಿ ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇರುವದನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡನು.

5ಅವನು ಬೊಗ್ಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಳಗೆ ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವದನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಅವನು ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.
6ಆಮೇಲೆ ಸೀಮೋನ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಅವನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಂದು ಸಮಾಧಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವದನ್ನೂ
7ಆತನ ತಲೆಯ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದ ಕೈವಸ್ತ್ರವು ನಾರುಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇರದೆ ಸುತ್ತಿ ಒಂದು ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇರುವದನ್ನೂ ಕಂಡನು.
8ಆಗ ಮೊದಲು ಸಮಾಧಿಗೆ ಬಂದ ಆ ಬೇರೆ ಶಿಷ್ಯನು ಸಹ ಒಳಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನೋಡಿ ನಂಬಿದನು.
9ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಎದ್ದೇಳುವದು ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂಬ ಬರಹವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ತಿಳಿದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
