2. 11ಮೋಶೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದೆನೋ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇದು ವರೆಗೂ ಬಲವಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬರುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಆಗ ಇದ್ದ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಈಗಲೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
3. 12ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಆ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಈ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಈಗ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾಕ್ಯರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆಂದೂ ಗೋಡೆಗಳುಳ್ಳ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳುಂಟೆಂದೂ ನೀನು ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೀ. ಕರ್ತನು ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರವೇ ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಲು ಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿರುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.
4. 13ಆಗ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನು ಯೆಫುನ್ನೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಕಾಲೇಬ ನನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೆಬ್ರೋನನ್ನು ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
