4. 13ಅವರು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಾಳನನ್ನೂ ಅಷ್ಟೋರೆತನ್ನೂ ಸೇವಿಸಿದರು.
5. 14ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಉರಿಗೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಹೊಡೆಯುವ ಕೊಳ್ಳೆಗಾರರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರ ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಅವರ ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಕೈಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಾರಿಬಿಟ್ಟನು.
