ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಾದ ಜನರು ಬಲ ಗೊಂಡು ಮೊದಲನೇ ದಿನ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ವ್ಯೂಹಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿರಿಗಿ ವ್ಯೂಹ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರು. (ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಕರ್ತನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಆತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ವರೆಗೆ ಅತ್ತು--ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೋ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

- 24ಆಗ ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನವರು ಆ ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಬೆಯ ದಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಹೊರಟು ಬಂದು
