ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಜನರು ಬೆನ್ಯಾವಿಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಹೋಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರನ್ನೂ ಪಶು ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆದು ತಾವು ಹೋದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟರು.
