ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗವು ಮನುಷ್ಯನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಾದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರ ಬೇಕು.

7ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ಶುದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಯಾಜಕನಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಜ್ಜಿಯು ಚರ್ಮದ ಹೊರಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹಬ್ಬಿದರೆ ಅವನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಯಾಜಕನಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
8ಯಾಜ ಕನು ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದಾಗ ಇಗೋ, ಕಜ್ಜಿಯ ಚರ್ಮವೇ ಹರಡಿರುವದಾದರೆ ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅಶುದ್ಧ ನೆಂದು ಯಾಜಕನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅದು ಕುಷ್ಠವಾಗಿರುವದು.
9ಕುಷ್ಠರೋಗವು ಮನುಷ್ಯನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವದಾದರೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ಯಾಜಕನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರ ಬೇಕು.
10ಆಗ ಯಾಜಕನು ಅವನನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು; ಇಗೋ, ಆ ಬಾವು ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಗಿದ್ದು ಅದರ ಕೂದಲು ಬೆಳ್ಳಗಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಬಾವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸಿಮಾಂಸವು ಇದ್ದರೆ
11ಅದು ಅವನ ಶರೀರದ ಚರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹಳೇ ಕುಷ್ಠವಾಗಿರುವದು. ಆಗ ಅವನು ಅಶುದ್ಧನೆಂದು ಯಾಜಕನು ನುಡಿಯಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಅವನನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಡಬಾರದು, ಅವನು ಅಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿರುವನು.
