1. 27ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಶಿಲುಬೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆಬಾರದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ನನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯನಾಗಿರಲಾರನು.
2. 28ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಗೋಪುರವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶವುಳ್ಳವನಾದರೆ ಅವನು ಮೊದಲು ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ಅದನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಖರ್ಚು ತನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಂಟೋ ಎಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
3. 29ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಹಾಗೆ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಮಾಡದೆ ಅವನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಸ್ತಿವಾರ ಹಾಕಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ನೋಡುವವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ--
4. 30ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಕಟ್ಟುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿ ಪೂರ್ತಿಮಾಡ ಲಾರದೆ ಹೋದನು ಎಂದು ಅನ್ನುವರು.
5. 31ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ಯಾವ ಅರಸನಾದರೂ ಬೇರೆ ಅರಸನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಮೊದಲು ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡು ತನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ (ಸೈನ್ಯ)ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಆ ಅರಸನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಹತು ಸಾವಿರ (ಸೈನ್ಯ)ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಮರ್ಥನೋ ಎಂದು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ?
