1. 4ಅವನು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕರ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಸೈನ್ಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೂ ಹೋಗಿ ತಾನು ಹೇಗೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಿಡುಕೊಡುವ ದೆಂಬದನ್ನು ಅವರ ಕೂಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದನು.
2. 5ಆಗ ಅವರು ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಡಂಬಟ್ಟರು.
3. 6ಅವನು ವಾಗ್ದಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಜನ ಸಮೂಹವು ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವಾಗ ಆತನನ್ನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು.
4. 7ಆಗ ಪಸ್ಕದ ಕುರಿಯು ವಧಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹುಳಿಯಿಲ್ಲದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯ ದಿನವು ಬಂದಿತು.
5. 8ಆತನು ಪೇತ್ರ ಯೋಹಾನರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ--ನಾವು ಊಟ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಪಸ್ಕವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
