1. 38ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಯಾಕೆ ನೀವು ಕಳವಳಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೀರಿ? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು ಹುಟ್ಟುವದು ಯಾಕೆ?
2. 39ನನ್ನ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಕಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ; ನಾನೇ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟಿ ನೋಡಿರಿ, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀವು ನೋಡುವಂತೆ ನನಗಿರುವ ಮಾಂಸ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಭೂತಕ್ಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

4. 41ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಸಂತೋಷದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ನಂಬದೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡುತ್ತಿರು ವಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರವೇನಾದರೂ ಇದೆಯೋ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.
5. 42ಅವರು ಆತನಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ತುಂಡು ಸುಟ್ಟವಿಾನನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಜೇನು ಹುಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
