ಆಗ ಸಹೋದರನು ಸಹೋದರನನ್ನೂ ತಂದೆಯು ಮಗನನ್ನೂ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವರು; ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಅವ ರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗುವರು.

- 12ಆಗ ಸಹೋದರನು ಸಹೋದರನನ್ನೂ ತಂದೆಯು ಮಗನನ್ನೂ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವರು; ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಎದ್ದು ಅವ ರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣರಾಗುವರು.
- 13ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹಗೆ ಮಾಡು ವರು. ಆದರೆ ಕಡೇವರೆಗೂ ತಾಳುವವನೇ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವನು.
- 14ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಯಾದ ದಾನಿಯೇಲನು ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುವ ಅಸಹ್ಯವು ನಿಲ್ಲಬಾರದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವದನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡುವಾಗ (ಓದು ವವನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ) ಯೂದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವರು ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಹೋಗಲಿ.
