ಸಬ್ಬತ್ತು ಕಳೆದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಗ್ದಲದ ಮರಿಯಳೂ ಯಾಕೋಬನ ತಾಯಿ ಯಾದ ಮರಿಯಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲೋಮೆಯೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಹಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡು ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು.
And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
ವಾರದ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನ ನಸುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂರ್ಯನು ಉದಯಿಸುವಾಗ ಅವರು ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು,
And very early in the morning the first [day] of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
ಅವರು--ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಬಾಗಲಿನಿಂದ ಆ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಯಾರು ಉರುಳಿಸುವರು ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮತಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರು.
And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?
ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಬಹಳ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾ ಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ನೋಡಿ ಆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಉರುಳಿಸ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದನ್ನು ಕಂಡರು.
And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.
ಅವರು ಸಮಾಧಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದವರಾಗಿ ಉದ್ದವಾದ ಬಿಳಿ ಉಡುಪನ್ನು ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಭಯಭ್ರಾಂತರಾದರು.
And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಭಯಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಶಿಲುಬೆಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನಜರೇತಿನ ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ; ಆತನು ಎದ್ದಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಆತನನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ;
And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಆತನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಗಲಿಲಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನೀವು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕಾಣುವಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪೇತ್ರನಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.
But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.
ಆಗ ಅವರು ಬೇಗನೆ ಹೊರಟು ಸಮಾಧಿಯ ಬಳಿಯಿಂದ ಓಡಿಹೋದರು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯದಿಂದ ನಡುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರು ಹೆದರಿದವರಾದದರಿಂದ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಏನೂ ಹೇಳಲಿಲ್ಲ.
And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any [man]; for they were afraid.
ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ವಾರದ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ದಿನದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಯೇಸು ಎದ್ದಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಮೊದಲು ತಾನು ಏಳು ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಮಗ್ದಲದ ಮರಿಯಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
Now when [Jesus] was risen early the first [day] of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.
ಆತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದವರು ಶೋಕಿಸಿ ಅಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಆಕೆಯು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಳು.
[And] she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಬದುಕಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದೂ ಆಕೆಯು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆಂದೂ ಅವರು ಕೇಳಿದರು; ಆದರೂ ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.
And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.
ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇರೊಂದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.
ಅವರು ಹೋಗಿ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು; ಆದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.
And they went and told [it] unto the residue: neither believed they them.
ತರುವಾಯ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತಿದ್ದ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಆತನು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತಾನು ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವರನ್ನು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ ವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರ ಅಪನಂಬಿಕೆಗೂ ಹೃದಯದ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿದನು.
Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಲೋಕಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರಿರಿ.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
ನಂಬಿ ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದುವನು. ಆದರೆ ನಂಬದೆ ಹೋಗುವವನು ದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗುವನು.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಂಬುವವರಿಂದ ಈ ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗುವವು; ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವರು; ಅವರು ಹೊಸ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವರು;
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
ಅವರು ಸರ್ಪಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತುವರು; ಮರಣಕರವಾದದ್ದೇ ನಾದರೂ ಕುಡಿದರೆ ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಕೇಡನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವರು ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನಿಡು ವಾಗ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥರಾಗುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
ಹೀಗೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಆತನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿ ಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಬಲಪಾರ್ಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂತುಕೊಂಡನು.ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನಡೆದ ಸೂಚಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು. ಆಮೆನ್‌.
So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರಿದರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕರ್ತನು ಅವರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನಡೆದ ಸೂಚಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದನು. ಆಮೆನ್‌.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
