ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇರೊಂದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.

10ಆತನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದವರು ಶೋಕಿಸಿ ಅಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಆಕೆಯು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಳು.
11ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಬದುಕಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದೂ ಆಕೆಯು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಾಳೆಂದೂ ಅವರು ಕೇಳಿದರು; ಆದರೂ ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.
12ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೇರೊಂದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡನು.
13ಅವರು ಹೋಗಿ ಉಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು; ಆದರೆ ಅವರನ್ನೂ ಅವರು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ.
14ತರುವಾಯ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂತಿದ್ದ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಆತನು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತಾನು ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದವರನ್ನು ನಂಬಲಿಲ್ಲ ವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರ ಅಪನಂಬಿಕೆಗೂ ಹೃದಯದ ಕಾಠಿಣ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿದನು.
