ಈ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಅವುಗಳಂತೆ ನಡೆಯದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅವನು ಮರಳಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವನು.

- 26ಈ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ಅವುಗಳಂತೆ ನಡೆಯದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ಅವನು ಮರಳಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವನು.
- 27ಹೇಗಂದರೆ ಮಳೆಯು ಸುರಿದು ಪ್ರವಾಹಗಳು ಬಂದು ಗಾಳಿಯು ಬೀಸಿ ಆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಡಿದವು; ಆಗ ಅದು ಬಿತ್ತು; ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಬೀಳುವಿಕೆಯು ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- 28ಯೇಸು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ ಜನರು ಆತನ ಬೋಧನೆಗೆ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯ ಪಟ್ಟರು.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳಂತೆ ಬೋಧಿಸದೆ ಆಧಿಕಾರವಿದ್ದವನಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದನು.
