ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಡ; ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾದರೂ ಅಳಬೇಡ; ಎಫ್ರಾತದ ಮನೆಯ ಧೂಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಳಾಡು.

8ಆದದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಗೋಳಾಡಿ ಅರಚುವೆನು; ಬರಿಗಾಲಾಗಿಯೂ ಬೆತ್ತಲೆಯಾಗಿಯೂ ಹೋಗುವೆನು; ನರಿಗಳ ಹಾಗೆ ಗೋಳಾಡುವೆನು; ಬಕಪಕ್ಷಿಯಂತೆ ದುಃಖಪಡುವೆನು.
9ಅದರ ಗಾಯವು ಗುಣವಾಗ ದಂಥದ್ದು, ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅದು ಯೆಹೂದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂತು; ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ಬಾಗಲಿಗೂ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೂ ಮುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
10ಗತ್‌ ಊರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಡ; ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾದರೂ ಅಳಬೇಡ; ಎಫ್ರಾತದ ಮನೆಯ ಧೂಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಳಾಡು.
11ಶಾಫೀರಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿಯೇ, ನಾಚಿಕೆ ಮುಚ್ಚದೆ ಹಾದುಹೋಗು; ಬೇತೇಚೆಲಿನ ಗೋಳಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಾನಾನಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅವನು ನಿಮ್ಮಿಂದ ತನ್ನ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.
12ಮಾರೋತಿನ ನಿವಾಸಿ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಆದರೆ ಕೇಡು ಕರ್ತನಿಂದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನ ಬಾಗಲಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದಿದೆ.
