ಅನೇಕ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳು ಬಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಬನ್ನಿರಿ; ಕರ್ತನ ಬೆಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾಕೋಬಿನ ದೇವರ ಆಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗೋಣ; ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಮಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವನು; ನಾವು ಆತನ ಹಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವೆವು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಚೀಯೋನಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಯೆರೂ ಸಲೇಮಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವೂ ಹೊರಡು ವದು.

1ಅಂತ್ಯದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುವದೇನಂದರೆ, ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದ ಪರ್ವತವು ಬೆಟ್ಟಗಳ ತುದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿ ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಎತ್ತರ ವಾಗಿರುವದು; ಜನಗಳು ಅದರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಂತೆ ಬರುವರು.

3ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅನೇಕ ಜನಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸಿ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಲವಾದ ಜನಾಂಗ ಗಳಿಗೆ ತೀರ್ಪುಕೊಡುವನು; ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕತ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಗಲಿನ ಗುಳಗಳಾಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಈಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕುಡು ಗೋಲುಗಳಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡುವರು; ಜನಾಂಗವು ಜನಾಂಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತದು; ಯುದ್ಧಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಇರದು.
4ಆದರೆ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷೇ ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೂ ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ಅಂಜೂರದ ಗಿಡದ ಕೆಳಗೂ ಕೂತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು. ಭಯಪಡಿಸುವವನು ಯಾರೂ ಇರುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನ ಬಾಯಿ ಅದನ್ನು ನುಡಿದಿದೆ.
