ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಿಡೋಣ. ನೀವು ಅವರಿಂದ ಒತ್ತಾಯದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಅವರ ಹೊಲಗಳನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾತೋಟಗಳನ್ನೂ ಇಪ್ಪೇ ತೋಪುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೂರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದಾದ ಹಣವನ್ನೂ ಧಾನ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಎಣ್ಣೇಯನ್ನೂ ಇಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿಕೊಡಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆನು.

- 12ಅದಕ್ಕವರುನಾವು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತೇವೆ; ಅವರಿಂದ ಏನೂ ಕೇಳು ವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಅಂದರು. ಆಗ ನಾನು ಯಾಜಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಅವರು ಈ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡೆನು.
- 13ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಬಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಝಾಡಿಸಿ -- ಈ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಅವನ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತದಿಂದಲೂ ಝಾಡಿಸಲಿ. ಅವನು ಇದೇ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಝಾಡಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಬರಿದಾಗಲಿ ಅಂದೆನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಭೆಯವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ--ಆಮೆನ್‌ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿದರು. ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ಜನರು ಈ ಮಾತಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
