ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನು ಅರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಸಂಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳು ದೇವರ ಕರುಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವರು.

- 9ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನಾನು ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನು ಅರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿನ್ನ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಸಂಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು ಎಂದು ಬರೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳು ದೇವರ ಕರುಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸುವರು.
- 10ಆತನು ತಿರಿಗಿ--ಅನ್ಯಜನರೇ, ಆತನ ಜನರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
- 11ತಿರಿಗಿ--ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅನ್ಯಜನರೇ, ಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸಿರಿ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರೇ, ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿರಿ ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
