ಮಳೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ಗೋತ್ರದವರು ಹೋಗದಿದ್ದರೆ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದ ಅನ್ಯಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನು ಹೊಡೆಯುವ ವ್ಯಾಧಿಯು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವದು.

- And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that [have] no [rain;] there shall be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

- 19ಇದೇ ಐಗುಪ್ತದ ದಂಡನೆಯೂ ಗುಡಾರಗಳ ಹಬ್ಬ ವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ದಂಡನೆಯೂ ಆಗಿರುವದು.
- 20ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುದುರೆಗಳ ಗೆಜ್ಜೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವು ಎಂದಿರುವದು; ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳು ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳ ಹಾಗಿರುವವು.ಹೌದು, ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯೆಹೂದದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯೊಂದು ಪಾತ್ರೆಯು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಾಗಿರುವವು; ಯಜ್ಞಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಬಂದು ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬೇಯಿಸುವರು; ಆ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನಾನ್ಯನು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನ ಆಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಇರುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
