31ദാവീദ് പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കുകൾ പരസ്യമായപ്പോൾ ശൗലിന്നും അറിവു കിട്ടി; അവൻ അവനെ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി.
32ദാവീദ് ശൗലിനോടു: ഇവന്റെ നിമിത്തം ആരും അധൈര്യപ്പെടേണ്ടാ; അടിയൻ ചെന്നു ഈ ഫെലിസ്ത്യനോടു അങ്കം പൊരുതും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
