ആ സ്ത്രീ ഗർഭം ധരിച്ചു, താൻ ഗർഭിണി ആയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ദാവീദിന്നു വർത്തമാനം അയച്ചു.

- 7ഊരീയാവു തന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ ദാവീദ് അവനോടു യോവാബിന്റെയും പടജ്ജനത്തിന്റെയും സുഖവർത്തമാനവും യുദ്ധത്തിന്റെ വസ്തുതയും ചോദിച്ചു.
