29എന്നാൽ ആ കാള മുമ്പെ തന്നേ കുത്തുന്നതായും ഉടമസ്ഥൻ അതു അറിഞ്ഞുമിരിക്കെ അവൻ അതിനെ സൂക്ഷിക്കായ്കകൊണ്ടു അതു ഒരു പുരുഷനെയോ സ്ത്രീയെയോ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞാൽ ആ കാളയെ കല്ലെറിഞ്ഞു കൊല്ലേണം; അതിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥനും മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം.
30ഉദ്ധാരണ ദ്രവ്യം അവന്റെ മേൽ ചുമത്തിയാൽ തന്റെ ജീവന്റെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പിന്നായി തന്റെ മേൽ ചുമത്തിയതു ഒക്കെയും അവൻ കൊടുക്കേണം.
31അതു ഒരു ബാലനെ കുത്തിയാലും ഒരു ബാലയെ കുത്തിയാലും ഈ ന്യായപ്രകാരം അവനോടു ചെയ്യേണം.
32കാള ഒരു ദാസനെയോ ദാസിയെയോ കുത്തിയാൽ അവൻ അവരുടെ ഉടമസ്ഥന്നു മുപ്പതു ശേക്കെൽ വെള്ളി കൊടുക്കേണം; കാളയെ കൊന്നുകളകയും വേണം.
33ഒരുത്തൻ ഒരു കുഴി തുറന്നുവെക്കുകയോ കുഴി കുഴിച്ചു അതിനെ മൂടാതിരിക്കയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടു അതിൽ ഒരു കാളയോ കഴുതയോ വീണാൽ,
