- 16ഈ പട്ടണം പണികയും അതിന്റെ മതിലുകൾ കെട്ടിത്തീരുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അതു നിമിത്തം അവിടത്തേക്കു നദിക്കു ഇക്കരെ ഒരു അവകാശവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കയില്ലെന്നു രാജാവിനെ ഉണർത്തിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
