അപ്പോൾ യിസ്ഹാക്ക് തന്റെ അപ്പനായ അബ്രാഹാമിനോടു: അപ്പാ, എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു അവൻ: എന്താകുന്നു മകനേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. തീയും വിറകുമുണ്ടു; എന്നാൽ ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നു ആട്ടിൻകുട്ടി എവിടെ എന്നു അവൻ ചോദിച്ചു.
