4. 36അവൻ തനിക്കും യാക്കോബിന്നും ഇടയിൽ മൂന്നു ദിവസത്തെ വഴിയകലം വെച്ചു; ലാബാന്റെ ശേഷമുള്ള ആട്ടിൻകൂട്ടങ്ങളെ യാക്കോബ് മേയിച്ചു.
5. 37എന്നാൽ യാക്കോബ് പുന്നവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെയും ബദാംവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെയും അരിഞ്ഞിൽവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെയും പച്ചക്കൊമ്പുകളെ എടുത്തു അവയിൽ വെള്ള കാണത്തക്കവണ്ണം വെള്ളവരയായി തോലുരിച്ചു.
