4. 19ലാമെക്ക് രണ്ടു ഭാര്യമാരെ എടുത്തു; ഒരുത്തിക്കു ആദാ എന്നും മറ്റവൾക്കു സില്ലാ എന്നും പേർ.
5. 20ആദാ യാബാലിനെ പ്രസവിച്ചു; അവൻ കൂടാരവാസികൾക്കും പശുപാലകന്മാർക്കും പിതാവായ്തീർന്നു.
