അവന്നു ഭേദം വന്ന നാഴിക അവരോടു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു അവർ അവനോടു: ഇന്നലെ ഏഴുമണിക്കു പനി വിട്ടുമാറി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

Avannu bhedam vanna naazhika avarotu chodichchatinnu avar avanotu: innale ezhumanikku pani vittumaari ennu paranynyu.

King James Version (KJV): Then enquired he of them the hour when he began to amend. And they said unto him, Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him.

50യേശു അവനോടു: പൊയ്ക്കൊൾക; നിന്റെ മകൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. യേശു പറഞ്ഞ വാക്കു വിശ്വസിച്ചു ആ മനുഷ്യൻ പോയി.
51അവൻ പോകയിൽ അവന്റെ ദാസന്മാർ അവനെ എതിരേറ്റു മകൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

53ആകയാൽ നിന്റെ മകൻ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു യേശു പറഞ്ഞ നാഴികയിൽ തന്നേ എന്നു അപ്പൻ ഗ്രഹിച്ചു താനും കുടുംബം ഒക്കെയും വിശ്വസിച്ചു.
54യേശു യെഹൂദ്യയിൽനിന്നു ഗലീലയിൽ വന്നപ്പോൾ ഇതു രണ്ടാമത്തെ അടയാളമായിട്ടു ചെയ്തു.
