ഇങ്ങനെ അവർ പുറപ്പെട്ടു കുഞ്ഞുകുട്ടികളെയും ആടുമാടുകളെയും സമ്പത്തുകളെയും തങ്ങളുടെ മുമ്പിലാക്കി പ്രയാണം ചെയ്തു.

- 22അവർ മീഖാവിന്റെ വീട്ടിൽനിന്നു കുറെ ദൂരത്തായപ്പേൾ മീഖാവിന്റെ വീട്ടിനോടു ചേർന്ന വീടുകളിലുള്ളവർ ഒരുമിച്ചുകൂടി ദാന്യരെ പിന്തുടർന്നു.
- 23അവർ ദാന്യരെ കൂകിവിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവർ തിരിഞ്ഞുനോക്കി മീഖാവിനോടു: നീ ഇങ്ങനെ ആൾക്കൂട്ടത്തോടുകൂടെ വരുവാൻ എന്തു എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
