അബീമേലെക്ക് അന്നു മുഴുവനും പട്ടണത്തോടു പൊരുതു പട്ടണം പിടിച്ചു അതിലെ ജനത്തെ കൊന്നു, പട്ടണത്തെ ഇടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു അതിൽ ഉപ്പു വിതറി.
