നിന്റെ ചാർച്ചക്കാരത്തി എലീശബെത്തും വാർദ്ധക്യത്തിൽ ഒരു മകനെ ഗർഭം ധരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; മച്ചി എന്നു പറഞ്ഞുവന്നവൾക്കു ഇതു ആറാം മാസം.

Ninte chaarchchakkaaratti eleeshabettum vaarddhakyattil oru makane garbham dharichchirikkunnu; machchi ennu paranynyuvannavalkku itu aaraam maasam.

38അതിന്നു മറിയ: ഇതാ, ഞാൻ കർത്താവിന്റെ ദാസി; നിന്റെ വാക്കുപോലെ എനിക്കു ഭവിക്കട്ടെ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; ദൂതൻ അവളെ വിട്ടുപോയി.
