കൊലചെയ്തവന്നും രക്തപ്രതികാരകന്നും മദ്ധ്യേ ഈ ന്യായങ്ങളെ അനുസരിച്ചു സഭ വിധിക്കേണം.

- 26എന്നാൽ കൊലചെയ്തവൻ ഓടിപ്പോയിരുന്ന സങ്കേതനഗരത്തിന്റെ അതിർ വിട്ടു പുറത്തു വരികയും
