దావీదు కీషు కుమారుడైన సౌలునకు భయపడియింకను దాగియుండగా సౌలు బంధువులగు బెన్యామీనీ యులలో పరాక్రమశాలులు కొందరు దావీదునకు యుద్ధ సహాయము చేయుటకై అతనియొద్దకు సిక్లగునకు వచ్చిరి.
