వారిని ఏర్పరచుటలో ఈతామారు సంతతివారిలోని పెద్దలకంటె ఎలియాజరు సంతతివారిలోని పెద్దలు అధికులుగా కనబడిరి గనుక ఎలియాజరు సంతతివారిలో పదునారుగురు తమ పితరుల యింటివారికి పెద్దలుగాను, ఈతామారు సంతతి వారిలో ఎనిమిదిమంది తమ తమ పితరుల యింటివారికి పెద్దలుగాను నియమింపబడిరి.

- 5ఎలియాజరు సంతతిలోని వారును, ఈతామారు సంతతివారిలో కొందరును దేవునికి ప్రతిష్ఠితులగు అధికారులై యుండిరి గనుక తాము పరిశుద్ధ స్థలమునకు అధికారులుగా ఉండుటకై చీట్లువేసి వంతులు పంచుకొనిరి.
- 6లేవీయులలో శాస్త్రిగానున్న నెతనేలు కుమారుడగు షెమయా రాజు ఎదుటను, అధిపతుల యెదు టను, యాజకుడైన సాదోకు ఎదుటను, అబ్యాతారు కుమారుడైన అహీమెలెకు ఎదుటను, యాజకులయెదుటను, లేవీయుల యెదుటను, పితరుల యిండ్లపెద్దలైన వారి యెదుటను వారి పేళ్లు దాఖలు చేసెను; ఒక్కొక్క పాత్రలోనుండి యొక పితరుని యింటి చీటి ఎలియాజరు పేరటను ఇంకొకటి ఈతా మారు పేరటను తీయబడెను.
