ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల రాజైన దావీదు నగరునందు నా భార్య నివాసముచేయవలదు, యెహోవా మందసమున్న స్థలములు ప్రతిష్ఠితములు అని చెప్పి, సొలొమోను ఫరోకుమార్తెను దావీదు పట్టణమునుండి తాను ఆమెకొరకు కట్టించిన నగరునకు రప్పించెను.

- 13మోషే యిచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞనుబట్టి విశ్రాంతి దినములయందును, అమావాస్యలయందును, నియామక కాలములయందును, సంవత్సరమునకు ముమ్మారుజరుగు పండుగలయందును, అనగా పులియని రొట్టెల పండుగయందును వారముల పండుగయందును పర్ణశాలల పండుగయందును యెహోవాకు దహనబలులు అర్పించుచు వచ్చెను.
