ప్రతి నరహంతకుడు పారిపోవునట్లుగా నీవు త్రోవను ఏర్పరచుకొని, నీవు స్వాధీనపరచుకొనునట్లు నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీకిచ్చుచున్న దేశముయొక్క సరి హద్దులలోగా ఉన్న పురములను మూడు భాగములు చేయవలెను.
