4. 14అన్యుల దేవతలను అనుసరింపకయు వాటిని పూజింపకయు నున్నయెడల, నీవు అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనవలెనని నేడు నేను నీకాజ్ఞా పించుచున్న నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ లను విని వాటిని అనుసరించి గైకొనినయెడల, యెహోవా నిన్ను తలగా నియమించునుగాని తోకగా నియమింపడు. నీవు పైవాడ వుగా ఉందువుగాని క్రింది వాడవుగా ఉండవు.
5. 15నేను నేడు నీకాజ్ఞాపించు ఆయన సమస్తమైన ఆజ్ఞలను కట్టడలను నీవు అనుసరించి నడుచు కొనవలెనని నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినమాట విననియెడల ఈ శాపములన్నియు నీకు సంభవించును.
