అయినను వారు ఇదివరకు చేసిన యిటుకల లెక్కనే వారి మీద మోపవలెను, దానిలో ఏమాత్రమును తక్కువ చేయవద్దు; వారు సోమరులు గనుక మేము వెళ్లి మా దేవునికి బలి నర్పించుటకు సెలవిమ్మని మొఱ పెట్టుచున్నారు.

Ayinanu vaaru idivaraku chesina yitukala lekkane vaari meeda mopavalenu, daanilo emaatramunu takkuva cheyavaddu; vaaru somarulu ganuka memu velli maa devuniki bali narpinchutaku selavimmani mora pettuchunnaaru.

King James Version (KJV): And the tale of the bricks, which they did make heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish [ought] thereof: for they [be] idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go [and] sacrifice to our God.
World English Bible (WEB): You shall require from them the number of the bricks which they made before. You shall not diminish anything of it, for they are idle. Therefore they cry, saying, ‘Let’s go and sacrifice to our God.’
American Standard Version (ASV): And the number of the bricks, which they did make heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish aught thereof: for they are idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God.

10కాబట్టి ప్రజలు కార్యనియామకులును వారి నాయకులును పోయి ప్రజలను చూచి నేను మీకు గడ్డి ఇయ్యను;
