Thus saith the LORD; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord GOD.

3. 6యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా ఐగుప్తును ఉద్ధరించు వారు కూలుదురు, దాని బలగర్వము అణగిపోవును, మిగ్దోలు మొదలుకొని సెవేనేవరకు జనులు ఖడ్గముచేత కూలుదురు.
4. 7పాడైపోయిన దేశముల మధ్య ఐగుప్తీయులు దిక్కులేనివారుగా నుందురు, నలుదిక్కుల పాడైపోయిన పట్టణములమధ్య వారి పట్టణము లుండును.
5. 8ఐగుప్తుదేశములో అగ్ని రగులబెట్టి నేను దానికి సహాయకులు లేకుండ చేయగా నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.
