లాబాను యాకోబు గుడారములోనికి లేయా గుడారము లోనికి ఇద్దరి దాసీల గుడారములలోనికి వెళ్లెను గాని అతని కేమియు దొరకలేదు. తరువాత అతడు లేయా గుడారములోనుండి బయలుదేరి రాహేలు గుడారములోనికి వెళ్లెను.
Laabaanu yaakobu gudaaramuloniki leyaa gudaaramu loniki iddari daaseela gudaaramulaloniki vellenu gaani atani kemiyu dorakaledu. Taruvaata atadu leyaa gudaaramulonundi bayaluderi raahelu gudaaramuloniki vellenu.

- 34రాహేలు ఆ విగ్రహములను తీసికొని ఒంటె సామగ్రిలో పెట్టి వాటిమీద కూర్చుండెను. కాగా లాబాను ఆ గుడారమందంతటను తడవి చూచి నప్పటికిని అవి దొరకలేదు.
- 35ఆమె తన తండ్రితో తమ యదుట నేను లేవలేనందున తాము కోపపడకూడదు; నేను కడగానున్నానని చెప్పెను. అతడెంత వెదకినను ఆ విగ్రహములు దొరకలేదు.
