Then shall it be for a man to burn: for he will take thereof, and warm himself; yea, he kindleth [it], and baketh bread; yea, he maketh a god, and worshippeth [it;] he maketh it a graven image, and falleth down thereto.

3. 15ఒకడు పొయ్యికట్టెలకు వాటి నుపయోగించును వాటిలో కొంతతీసికొని చలి కాచుకొనును నిప్పు రాజబెట్టి రొట్టె కాల్చుకొనును ఒక తుండు తీసికొని దానితో ఒక దేవతను చేసికొనును దానికి నమస్కారము చేయును దానితో ఒక విగ్రహముచేసి దానికి సాగిలపడును.
4. 16అగ్నితో సగము కాల్చియున్నాడు, కొదువ సగ ముతో మాంసము వండి భక్షించియున్నాడు తిని తృప్తిపొందగా చలి కాచుకొనుచు ఆహా, చలికాచుకొంటిని వెచ్చగా ఉన్నది అని అను కొనుచున్నాడు
5. 17దానిలో మిగిలిన భాగముతో తనకు దేవతగానున్న విగ్రహమును చేయించుకొనును దానియెదుట సాగిలపడుచు నమస్కారము చేయుచు నీవే నా దేవుడవు నన్ను రక్షింపుమని ప్రార్థించును.
