1. 22యూదా రాజు నగరులో శేషించియున్న స్త్రీలందరు బబులోను అధిపతులయొద్దకు కొనిపోబడెదరు, ఆలాగు జరుగగా ఆ స్త్రీలు నిన్ను చూచినీ ప్రియస్నేహితులు నిన్ను మోసపుచ్చి నీ పైని విజయము పొందియున్నారు, నీ పాదములు బురదలో దిగబడియుండగా వారు వెనుకతీసిరని యందురు.
2. 23నీ భార్యలందరును నీ పిల్లలును కల్దీయులయొద్దకు కొనిపోబడుదురు, నీవు వారి చేతిలోనుండి తప్పించుకొనజాలక బబులోను రాజుచేత పట్టబడెదవు గనుక ఈ పట్టణమును అగ్నిచేత కాల్చుటకు నీవే కారణమగుదువు.
3. 24అందుకు సిద్కియా యిర్మీయాతో ఇట్లనెనునీవు మరణశిక్ష నొంద కుండునట్లు ఈ సంగతులను ఎవనికిని తెలియనియ్యకుము.
4. 25నేను నీతో మాటలాడిన సంగతి అధిపతులు వినినయెడల వారు నీయొద్దకు వచ్చి మేము నిన్ను చంపకుండునట్లు రాజుతో నీవు చెప్పిన సంగతిని రాజు నీతో చెప్పిన సంగతిని మరుగుచేయక మాకిప్పుడే తెలియజెప్పుమనగా
5. 26నీవు యోనాతాను ఇంటిలో నేను చనిపోకుండ అక్కడికి నన్ను తిరిగి వెళ్లనంపవద్దని రాజు ఎదుట నేను మనవి చేసికొనబోతినని వారితో చెప్పుమని రాజు యిర్మీయాతో అనెను.
