22వాని తలిదండ్రులు యూదులకు భయపడి ఆలాగు చెప్పిరి; ఎందుకనిన ఆయన క్రీస్తు అని యెవరైనను ఒప్పుకొనినయెడల వానిని సమాజమందిరములోనుండి వెలి వేతుమని యూదులు అంతకుమునుపు నిర్ణయించుకొని యుండిరి.

24కాబట్టి వారు గ్రుడ్డివాడైయుండిన మనుష్యుని రెండవ మారు పిలిపించి దేవుని మహిమపరచుము; ఈ మనుష్యుడు పాపియని మేమెరుగుదుమని వానితో చెప్పగా
25వాడు ఆయన పాపియో కాడో నేనెరుగను; ఒకటి మాత్రము నేనెరుగు దును; నేను గ్రుడ్డివాడనైయుండి ఇప్పుడు చూచుచున్నా ననెను.
