- 8యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల చేతికి వారిని అప్పగించెను. వీరు వారిని హతముచేసి మహాసీదోనువరకును మిశ్రేపొత్మాయిమువర కును తూర్పువైపున మిస్పే లోయవరకును వారిని తరిమి నిశ్శేషముగా చంపిరి.
- 9యెహోవా యెహోషువతో సెల విచ్చినట్లు అతడు వారికి చేసెను. అతడు వారి గుఱ్ఱముల గుదికాలి నరమును తెగకోసి వారి రథములను అగ్నితో కాల్చి వేసెను.
