- 8మీరు ఆ పట్టణమును పట్టుకొనినప్పుడు యెహోవా మాట చొప్పున జరిగించి దానిని తగులబెట్ట వలెను.
- 9ఇదిగో నేను మీ కాజ్ఞాపించియున్నానని చెప్పి యెహోషువ వారిని పంపగా వారు పొంచియుండుటకు పోయి హాయి పడమటి దిక్కున బేతేలునకును హాయికిని మధ్య నిలిచిరి. ఆ రాత్రి యెహోషువ జనులమధ్య బసచేసెను.
