ఏడవ దినమున వారు సమ్సోను భార్యతో ఇట్ల నిరినీ పెనిమిటి ఆ విప్పుడు కథభావమును మాకు తెలుపునట్లు అతని లాలనచేయుము, లేనియెడల మేము అగ్ని వేసి నిన్ను నీ తండ్రి యింటివారిని కాల్చివేసెదము; మా ఆస్తిని స్వాధీన పరచుకొనుటకే మమ్మును పిలిచితిరా? అనిరి.

Edava dinamuna vaaru samsonu bhaaryato itla nirinee penimiti aa vippudu kathabhaavamunu maaku telupunatlu atani laalanacheyumu, leniyedala memu agni vesi ninnu nee tandri yintivaarini kaalchivesedamu; maa aastini svaadheena parachukonutake mammunu pilichitiraa? Aniri.

King James Version (KJV): And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson’s wife, Entice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father’s house with fire: have ye called us to take that we have? [is it] not [so]?
World English Bible (WEB): On the seventh day, they said to Samson’s wife, “Entice your husband, that he may declare to us the riddle, lest we burn you and your father’s house with fire. Have you called us to impoverish us? Isn’t that so?”
American Standard Version (ASV): And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they said unto Samson’s wife, Entice thy husband, that he may declare unto us the riddle, lest we burn thee and thy father’s house with fire: have ye called us to impoverish us? is it not [so]?

16కాబట్టి సమ్సోను భార్య అతని పాదములయొద్ద పడి యేడ్చుచునీవు నన్ను ద్వేషించితివి గాని ప్రేమింపలేదు. నీవు నా జనులకు ఒక విప్పుడు కథను వేసితివి, దాని నాకు తెలుప వైతివి అనగా అతడునేను నా తలిదండ్రులకైనను దాని తెలుపలేదు, నీకు తెలుపుదునా? అనినప్పుడు ఆమె వారి విందు దినములు ఏడింటను అతనియొద్ద ఏడ్చు చువచ్చెను.
17ఏడవదినమున ఆమె అతని తొందర పెట్టినందున అతడు ఆమెకు దాని తెలియజేయగా ఆమె తన జనులకు ఆ విప్పుడు కథను తెలిపెను.
