వాడు జీతగానివలెను పరవాసివలెను నీయొద్ద నివసించు సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు నీ యొద్ద దాసుడుగా ఉండవలెను.

38నేను మీకు కనాను దేశమునిచ్చి మీకు దేవుడగునట్లు ఐగుప్తుదేశములోనుండి మిమ్మును రప్పించిన మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.
39నీయొద్ద నివసించు నీ సహోదరుడు బీదవాడై నీకు అమ్మబడినయెడల వానిచేత బానిససేవ చేయించుకొన కూడదు.
40వాడు జీతగానివలెను పరవాసివలెను నీయొద్ద నివసించు సునాదసంవత్సరమువరకు నీ యొద్ద దాసుడుగా ఉండవలెను.
41అప్పుడతడు తన పితరుల స్వాస్థ్యమును మరల అనుభవించునట్లు తన పిల్లలతో కూడ నీయొద్దనుండి బయలుదేరి తన వంశస్థులయొద్దకు తిరిగి వెళ్లవలెను.
42ఏల యనగా వారు నాకే దాసులైయున్నారు, నేను ఐగుప్తులో నుండి వారిని రప్పించితిని; దాసులను అమ్మినట్లు వారిని అమ్మకూడదు;
