చిన్న బిడ్డవలె దేవుని రాజ్యము అంగీకరింపనివాడు దానిలో ఎంతమాత్రమును ప్రవేశింపడని మీతో నిశ్చయముగా చెప్పుచున్నాననెను.

King James Version (KJV): Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

15తమ శిశువులను ముట్టవలెనని కొందరు ఆయనయొద్దకు వారిని తీసికొనిరాగా ఆయన శిష్యులు అది చూచి తీసి కొనివచ్చిన వారిని గద్దించిరి.
16అయితే యేసు వారిని తనయొద్దకు పిలిచిచిన్న బిడ్డలను ఆటంకపరచక వారిని నాయొద్దకు రానియ్యుడి, దేవుని రాజ్యము ఈలాటివారిది.
17చిన్న బిడ్డవలె దేవుని రాజ్యము అంగీకరింపనివాడు దానిలో ఎంతమాత్రమును ప్రవేశింపడని మీతో నిశ్చయముగా చెప్పుచున్నాననెను.
18ఒక అధికారి ఆయనను చూచి సద్బోధకుడా, నిత్య జీవమునకు వారసుడనగుటకు నేనేమి చేయవలెనని ఆయన నడిగెను.
19అందుకు యేసు నేను సత్పురుషుడనని యేల చెప్పుచున్నావు? దేవుడొక్కడే తప్ప మరి ఎవడును సత్పురుషుడు కాడు.
