ఆయన పండ్రెం డేండ్లవాడై యున్నప్పుడు ఆ పండుగ నాచరించుటకై వాడుకచొప్పున వారు యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లిరి.

41పస్కాపండుగప్పుడు ఆయన తలిదండ్రులు ఏటేట యెరూషలేమునకు వెళ్లుచుండువారు.

43ఆ దినములు తీరిన తరువాత వారు తిరిగి వెళ్లుచుండగా బాలుడైన యేసు యెరూషలేములో నిలిచెను.
44ఆయన తలిదండ్రులు ఆ సంగతి ఎరుగక ఆయన సమూహములో ఉన్నాడని తలంచి, యొక దినప్రయాణము సాగిపోయి, తమ బంధువులలోను నెళవైనవారిలోను ఆయనను వెదకుచుండిరి.
