- 16అయితే నేను ఎచ్చటికి వెళ్లినది యేమి చేసినది అధికారులకు తెలియలేదు. యూదులకే గాని యాజకులకే గాని యజమానులకే గాని అధికారులకే గాని పనిచేయు ఇతరమైనవారికే గాని నేను ఆ సంగతి చెప్పి యుండలేదు.
- 17అయితే వారితో నేనిట్లంటినిమనకు కలిగిన శ్రమ మీకు తెలిసియున్నది, యెరూషలేము ఎట్లు పాడైపోయెనో దాని గుమ్మములు అగ్నిచేత ఎట్లు కాల్చబడెనో మీరు చూచియున్నారు, మనకు ఇకమీదట నింద రాకుండ యెరూషలేముయొక్క ప్రాకారమును మరల కట్టుదము రండి.
